Abstrak

The leader is a figure whose presence is needed in the community, especially involvement in the community structure. The urgency of the presence of leaders is needed to invite and form understanding within the community itself, especially in crisis conditions such as the COVID-19 pandemic, which can be said as opinion leaders. The purpose of this service is to find out the public's openness to digital technology. In mass communication, there is one model that is used as a reference for researching phenomena specifically related to communication in the community, namely the two-step flow where there are elements of opinion leaders and communicants. At the same time, the relevance of the model will only be observed in mass communication or can be in a smaller scope.
