Seminar Edukasi Tentang Self-Leadership pada Pemuda Karang Taruna Rw 22 Desa Margamukti

Abstrak

Youth are considered to have potential in the academic and social fields that continue to grow, which can bring a nation to a better change. Karang Taruna is a forum that can help develop the potential of the younger generation and the community as well as play an active role in preventing social problems that exist in the surrounding environment. However, to make an organization active and productive requires considerable effort. Therefore, researchers created a work program in the form of a seminar on self-leadership. The purpose of this seminar is to provide an understanding of self-leadership, which later can be implemented in life both for yourself and in organizations. This seminar has several sessions, starting from pretest, material presentation, discussion and at the end, the post-test. The results of this activity showed an increase in self-leadership between before and after this seminar was held. With this seminar, it is hoped that the youth organization in Rw 22 will become more active and the youth will have good self-leadership.
