Abstrak

Education is important for the continuity of human life, one of the successes of an education is the existence of resources that meet the requirements, as well as public awareness about the importance of education, resources are also one of the main and important things in human life, education and resoources are’nt can be separated, these two things become a single entity that influences each other, if one of them is lacking then it will affect education. One of the things that is most needed to empower resources in an agency. The community service activities carried out at MDTA Nueuh Hidayah in Sindangkerta Village, raised several problems encontured, one of  which was the lack of human resources in teaching staff. This research aims to provide solutions in the village is of high quality and results in successs. The method used is action research an community education with a service approach by carrying out teaching and learning activities at MDTA Nurul Hidayah. The results of this service provide conclusions which ultimately become solutions to prombles currently occuring in society.
