This article will discuss further concrete strategies that can be implemented by parents to support children's education in the digital era, as well as how the role of parents can form an intelligent, creative and responsible generation amidst the rapid flow of digitalization. The method used in carrying out community service programs in the KKN (Real Work Lecture) scheme uses two approaches, namely the lecture and seminar method and collecting quantitative data using the questionnaire method. The results of the questionnaire scores show that most mothers understand that democratic parenting is more efficient for children in this digital era, where the questionnaire scores regarding democratic parenting are greater than the questionnaire scores for permissive and authoritarian parenting patterns. The conclusion from this discussion is that the role of parents in educating children in the digital era is very important and complex. The digital world provides many conveniences and new challenges for parenting, especially in guiding children to use technology wisely. Parents are required to balance the freedom to explore technology with managing screen time, selecting safe and educational content, and maintaining children's privacy in cyberspace.
