Penerapan Metode Tilawati pada Pembelajaran Membaca Al-Quran

This article contains the results of research during the service period in Cibeusi village, Jatinangor, Sumedang Regency, West Java. Based on the results of observations, there are several problems and one of them is the problem of education and religion. The lack of interest in reading and learning the Koran by children in Cibeusi village is one of the problems that is the focus of this article's research. The use of inappropriate methods in learning can cause learning outcomes to be less than optimal. The application of the tilawati method is an alternative in increasing children's motivation and ability to read the Koran. The principle of teaching Al-Quran using the tilawati method is to be taught practically using rost songs, taught classically using visual aids, taught individually by reading and listening techniques using books. The implementation of Al-Qur'an learning using the tilawati method at the Al-Musyawarah TPA has the effect of changing students' abilities in reading the Qur'an. The supporting factors and inhibiting factors for learning the Qur'an with the tilawati method are influenced by technical and field conditions, as well as the conditions of teachers and students. From this, it is hoped that the interests and abilities of students can increase so that learning outcomes are more effective and of high quality
