Perann Mahasiswa KKN Dalam Meningkatkan Strategi Motivasi Pendidikan dan Rencana masa Depan Siswa (Studi di Madrasah Aliyah Tarbiyatul Insan di Desa Cigentur)

This study discusses the role of the Community Service Program (KKN) in enhancing educational motivation and future planning among students at Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Tarbiyatul Insan, Cigentur Village, Paseh District, Bandung Regency. The KKN activities carried out by students of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung from July 28 to August 31, 2024, included a seminar aimed at strengthening students' awareness of the importance of education as a foundation for achieving life goals. A survey conducted before the seminar revealed that although students recognized the importance of education, they often struggled with future planning due to economic pressures and environmental influences. The results of the seminar showed an increase in students' motivation to continue their education and develop long-term career plans. However, challenges in providing long-term support and reaching out to students who have dropped out of school still require attention. This study suggests the need for integrating the KKN program with long-term initiatives involving various stakeholders and greater support from the community and schools to create a conducive environment for education.
