Education and society are two variables that cannot be separated, both of which influence each other. the relationship between education and society is not linear but reciprocal. Education is a system and a way to improve the quality of human life in all aspects of human life. How so that education is not only swept away by the dynamics of change, but also able to play itself as an agent of change itself which will have an impact on the sustainability of beliefs, values of a good life in society. This writing is intended to find out the role of Islamic education in social change what happened in RW 02, Cipadung Wetan Village, Bandung City. Which resulted in the conclusion that Islamic education is an agent of change to maintain social values that exist in RW 02, Cipadung Wetan Village, Bandung City. Because changes that occur in society will affect education, as well as changes that occur in education will affect the pattern of people's lives.
