Guidance in English and Arabic has a very important role in children's learning development, because it is not only what is obtained at school, the existence of English and Arabic tutoring programs can improve better educational services for children. Apart from that, teaching English and Arabic from an early age is easier because at this time children have the ability to remember and imitate what they hear correctly. The aim of this work program is to increase the interest or interest of children in Bandasari village in learning foreign languages. The Saung Ceria program is basically an introduction to foreign languages for children which is packaged in a more relaxed and attractive method and introduces something new or something they don't understand with interesting things, children are not only required to be able to memorize but also have to understand and be interested. first, because by being interested children will naturally find out what they don't know. The method used is to adopt the Sisdamas KKN cycles listed in the technical implementation instructions. The results of this cheerful saung activity can improve children's mastery of English and Arabic vocabulary. The main focus in teaching English and Arabic is mastering simple vocabulary that can be applied in everyday life.
