Abstract

Education is very important in preparing people to be able to maintain and increase the priority of their lives as quality individuals. However, great challenges can be seen from student learning outcomes and society's inability to maintain their children's success in higher education. Due to problems regarding the lack of educators and the learning system in which the teaching and learning process occurs. Learning and teaching is a process of interaction between teachers and students who have a reciprocal relationship in achieving effective teaching. The aim of the results of KKN activities is to describe community service in implementing teaching and learning activities in Sukamaju Village. So you know about teaching and learning activities, the lack of educators and solutions to overcome educators in Sukamaju Village. The method in this KKN activity is research and empowerment by actively participating in community activities. The results of the analysis of KKN activities reveal the factors that influence the lack of educators, namely lack of public awareness and attention to education, lack of encouragement for educators to work in villages, lack of opportunities for training and professional development, and lack of availability of qualified educators. So that educational facilities and infrastructure are inadequate. This is a solution to overcome the teaching staff in facilitating education, namely increasing the number of teachers and the availability of learning facilities. This analysis was achieved through cooperation between the SISDAMAS Regular KKN participants and the Sukamaju Village community. In this way, the results can be a reference for policies and programs to improve the quality of education and equal distribution of educators.
