Abstract

Siwang is a food product with the main ingredients derived from onions and shrimp paste. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of Onion Terasi or Siwang in Pusakaratu Village have not been established or formed for a long time so that the implementation has not been to the specifications of each part of the task function making the range of product influence not widely known. One of the objectives of the service that we carried out in Pusakaratu Village, Subang Regency, West Java was to make a well-coordinated arrangement of Siwang products and to be positively recognized not only by the village environment but also to the community environment outside the village so that it is hoped that Siwang sales will continue. Our efforts in this regard include conducting visits and interviews and then introducing what is meant by digital marketing and the basics of its application to the shrimp paste business. During the introduction, the results were obtained, namely that the business actors recorded the points that needed to be addressed as a reminder and wished to make the points referred to as the next step in the development of digital marketing in the Siwang business.
