Abstract

The problem of decent and stable employment and economic disparity that causes social unrest is one of the problems faced by residents of RW 06 Tambakmekar Village. The purpose of this community service program is to improve economic welfare through empowering MSMEs that produce tempeh chips through the Shopee e-commerce platform. This program uses the Community Empowerment System (SISDAMAS) method which consists of four stages, namely initial socialization, social mapping, participatory planning, and program implementation. The results of this program show that the digitalization of MSMEs through Shopee has succeeded in increasing market reach and improving the digital literacy of MSME players. The program also significantly increased sales and store reputation. Thus, the program's goal of increasing local economic independence and improving the welfare of the people of Tambakmekar Village can be achieved.
