Abstrak

The Muharram Tradition in Nanggerang Village is a celebration that not only commemorates historical moments in Islam but also reflects rich local religious and cultural values. Muharram in Nanggerang Village is not merely a religious event but also a celebration that involves the entire village community, blending elements of religion with elements of culture. The purpose of this research is to provide information to the wider community about the local religious and cultural values embedded in the tradition of 1 Muharram. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of this research reveal that the Muharram Tradition in Nanggerang Village plays a very important role in preserving the local cultural identity and strengthening religious values within the community. In the context of Nanggerang Village, the Muharram Tradition has helped maintain the unique cultural and spiritual richness.
